Wild Things!

Year two for this cutest of tee ball teams.

There was vast improvements! I have to say, the tee ball tackling problem is no longer an issue. We had kids in the right positions in the field- something we couldn't seem to do last year.

The kids started to understand "outs" and tried hard to get as many as they could (yes we bribed them, but whatever works, right?)

And some of them even learned the names of some of the positions!

We bumped up to the 6-7 year league because we had a few 6 year olds, one 7 year old and even 1 8 year old. But the vast majority was still five. So, we had a little hard time competing with the other teams in the league. But --

if you ask any of the kids on our team, they would have no idea. They had a blast and were always asking if we were winning :)

And that really is the whole point, isn't it?

Even if the coaches are a little nutty competitive and need to yell through the whole game- sometimes needing some serious decompressing time after those intense games!

Overall, I absolutely love it.

I think Amber and I are a dynamic duo not to be underestimated.

GO WILD THINGS!

She absolutely LOVES to play ball.

Thankfully, this year she didn't break anything and could play every game!

{the fierce "wild" pose.

I was just following instructions, but it looks like maybe I took it too far?}

I am so glad we were able to come to Bekah's baptism. It was a speical day!

And we are also gald you have you and Amber as coaches. Landon loved ball this year, and really started to understand it, because of you guys.

I think who ever told you guys to do a wild pose for those pictures captured the wild in you for sure!
